NBC put in an appearance at the race track where Derek has been racing his motorbike this weekend, to start filming a documentary on him. The documentary, focusing on Derek’s life after the Barcelona Olympics, will have personal inserts from Sir Richard Branson, Sir Elton John and Sir Steve Redgrave on where they were the day of Derek’s Barcelona race, and why they believe he has stayed so popular.
